Nobody's written homophobia in capitals here. Somebody made a silly joke, that's all. The offence of importuning no longer exists, so far as I know. Good.

Homophobia, like criminal activity, is NOT OK - yawn . . . sigh.
A criminal offence of importuning which only applies (or did apply) to gay men is discrimination. I think that Parliament voted to repeal it?
For someone to make light of institutionalised discrimination makes them homophobic.
To write homophobia IN CAPITAL LETTERS makes you a twonk.
To publish such forms of homophobia is the same as allowing other forms of discrimination to be published.
